Register A Deal


Lead Registration and Progression

  1. Partner completes and submits the Lead Referral Form.  An automated notification will be sent confirming the form was successfully received by Rockwell Automation. 

  2. Within five (5) business days, Rockwell Automation will accept or decline the lead submission. 

  3. The Lead must be a net new opportunity to Rockwell Automation and must be fit for the Rockwell Automation Software offerings to be eligible.  This may be for a new or existing client. 

  4. Upon acceptance, Rockwell Automation assigns a sales representative and an automated notification is sent to the partner.  A handshake/turnover call will be established between the partner and sales representative. 

  5. The Rockwell Automation Sales, Rockwell Automation Partners & Alliances team will share status updates throughout the sales cycle. 

  6. Automated notifications will be sent to the business partner as the sales cycle progresses. 

  7. A Qualified Lead is valid for nine (9) months from the date of submission or longer if agreed to in writing by Rockwell Automation Partner and Alliances Team and the Business Partner. 

  8. If the lead progresses to closed/won, the partner will be eligible for the referral incentive* .
