This Application is for use by the applicant whose name appears in the “Legal Entity Name” field below (the “Applicant”) to apply for enrollment and participation in the Rockwell Automation Partner Program (the “Partner Program”). By submitting this Application, Applicant acknowledges and agrees that the submission of this Application does not guaranty acceptance into the Partner Program and Rockwell Automation retains sole discretion as to the acceptance of Applicants into the Partner Program. If Applicant is accepted by Rockwell Automation, its participation in the Partner Program is subject to its execution of the applicable Program Agreements provided by Rockwell Automation.
